Why Golden Heart Services?

NDIS Frustrations

We have significant frustrations with the NDIS and the issues that keep it from working as it should. We're particularly concerned about the lack of training and lived experience among NDIS staff, which often leads to misunderstandings and critical mistakes, like misidentifying a participant's primary disability. We also find the unrealistic KPIs troubling, as they prevent planners from fully reading reports, resulting in poor outcomes for participants.

The widespread burnout affecting both providers and participants is another major issue. We're all stuck in a cycle of ineffective communication, unfulfilled promises, and a system that too often fails to deliver the support it promises.

Golden Heart Services is ready and willing to step in where others do not, providing the care and guidance needed to navigate these challenges and ensure the best possible outcomes for those we serve.
